What is Vine Drop?

Vine Drop provides the easiest and most convenient way to discover and purchase delicious hard to find natural wines through an exclusive daily text message offer service. All you have to do is reply with the # of bottles you want to order, and your order is placed. Literally order within 1 second!

How are the wines chosen for the text offers?

Well lets just say these wines are not your standard wine shop wines. We take great pride in searching across the world for hard to find, super fun wines and winemakers with a focus on natural and sustainable farming and production practices, so you can feel good about the wine you drink (and maybe share with your friends). We believe there’s more to spectacular wine than a 90+ point rating, and we are excited to be your guide!

Do I have to respond if I’m not interested in the offer of the day?

While we hope we are offering wines you can’t resist, no response is required if you don't want to place an order.

How do I know what offer I'm responding to?

The current offer is available only for the same day you received the text message for that offer, unless it is sold out (inventory is usually limited). When you respond with a # (represents the # of bottles you are ordering), it is for the offer of that specific day.

I just signed up, but when will I receive my first offer?

Usually offers go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you signed up after the current offer has been sent out for that day (usually around 12pm EST), you will receive your first offer the next offer day.

How do I update my Vine Drop shipping or billing information?

All Vine Drop subscribers have an account set up on our website once you sign up. After signing in, you may update your Vine Drop account by visiting your profile page.

I loved the wine I received. Can I order more?!

We love when you love the wine! What’s special about Vine Drop is the exclusivity of our offers, so once the offer has ended for that day, there is no more available...so, if there is a wine you know you are going to love, it might be worth adding a few extra bottles to your order.

How do I stop receiving offers from Vine Drop?

Goodbye’s are hard, but if it’s a must, to stop receiving offers from Vine Drop simply reply to your last Vine Drop offer with "STOP" : (

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on # of bottles ordered, and is a flat rate shipping fee. Typically if you order 12 or more bottles, shipping is free!

Can I send these offers as gifts to different people?

You may change your Vine Drop shipping address at any time by visiting your profile page, and adding a new shipping address, or you can contact us via email at hello@vinedrop.co, and we can make the shipping address update for you. At this moment, gift notes are not included.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Wines are usually shipped within 2-4 business days after your order.

Shipping times vary, but are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location in the US. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can continue to build up your excitement each day in transit : )

I need to update or cancel my order.

Updates or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours after your order date and time. To update or cancel your order, please email hello@vinedrop.co. We'll take care of it for you.

Do you ship to my state?

Wine ordered through Vine Drop can be shipped to almost all states. Unfortunately wine can not be shipped to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Utah.

Returns

What is Vine Drop’s return policy?

It is our goal for you to enjoy every bottle of wine you order through Vine Drop. If you are not satisfied with any wine you received through Vine Drop, email us at hello@vinedrop.co within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, return packaging, and any pick-up fees associated with their order.

What if my wine is delivered damaged?

Receiving damaged bottles is quite rare, but if you receive a broken or damaged bottle, just email us at hello@vinedrop.co within 30 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

What if nobody is at my address when the delivery is attempted?

An adult signature is required for delivery, so someone 21 or older must be present to accept delivery. For this reason, it might be worth making your shipping address a business address.

If you are unable to collect your wine and it comes back to us we will charge a return + reshipping fee.
